Specialty Solutions

Unique businesses require outside-of-the-box solutions. Regardless of your compensation and incentive needs, if your plan member works within or outside of Canada, we have solutions that fit your needs.

Dentalcare Benefits

Plan members identify dental coverage as one of their most valued benefits. Employee claims can be submitted directly from the dentist so payment is easy and convenient. You can specify coverage percentages and/or apply a fixed dollar amount per year.

AD&D Benefits

Offering your employees life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance can help them prepare for the unexpected. Most plans have flexible options that can provide your employees with coverage in case of accident or death.

Solutions for Small Business

We work with you to understand your business and provide a plan to help ensure every dollar you spend meets the needs of your organization.

We take pride in providing local, personalized service. Our specialists and account managers assist you with our full range of products, providing support that begins with plan implementation and continues with day-to-day administration.

Wellness & Disability Programs

Integrated workplace wellness and disability management programs can help your organization improve employee health, limit absenteeism, enhance your recruitment and retention strategies and reduce rising benefit costs.

Whether you’re looking for basic solutions or a comprehensive plan, our programs offer a customizable, innovative approach to providing your employees the support they need, when they need it.

Healthcare Benefits

A healthy workforce is a productive workforce. A group benefits plan can provide your employees with comprehensive healthcare benefits and help bridge the widening gap between provincial healthcare insurance plans and the coverage your employees and their families need.

  • Marketing Associate

Working as veterinarian technologist for 10 years, made me realize that I take great pride in working in a team approach to help others. I’m a very organized person, with strong communication skills. I enjoy meeting people and making sure everyone feels welcome. Family is very important to me, so working at Zaba Financial Group is a great fit for myself and my family.

  • Financial Security Advisor, Vice President

I started my career as a financial advisor in 2012 at the age of 23. In January, 2014 I started a 3 year process working towards achieving my C.F.P. (Certified Financial Planner) designation.

In my previous career I was a golf professional at local Regina clubs. My experience as a golf professional helped me realize my desire and determination to help others. I carry these values into my practice as a financial advisor.

I also sit on the board of directors in the Regina Rotary Club, part of Rotary International. Our club standard is “Service above Self”. I take great pride in being a member of Rotary because it allows me the opportunity to get involved in the Regina community.

The aspect that I enjoy most about being a financial advisor is that every client situation, and therefore plan, is unique. I have the pleasure of listening and understanding my clients’ goals and values and become a part of their financial success.

  • Financial Security Advisor, Vice President CHS

I started my career as a Financial Security Advisor in 2007 at the age of 22. I currently hold a CHS designation (Certified Health Insurance Specialist) and I’m near completion of the CFP designation (Certified Financial Planner). I will continue to educate myself to better serve my current and future clients.

I have the privilege of enjoying my life with my wife Christina and our two children Ashton and Brooklyn. I take pride in being able to participate as a coach for their respective soccer teams as I’m needed.

I’m a board member of the South Saskatchewan Advocis chapter. Advocis is our national association for financial advisors in Canada. Through Advocis, I have the privilege of being the chair for the 65 Roses Golf Tournament benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Since golf is a passion of mine, I feel this is a natural fit for me to contribute to a great cause.

What I enjoy most about being a Financial Security Advisor is helping to bring peace of mind to my clients and their families through risk management.

  • Brian Zaba: Certified Financial Planner, President B. Admin, CLU, CFP, CH.FC.

I graduated from the University of Regina with a degree in Business Administration in December of 1986. Shortly after graduation I joined the financial industry in February, 1987. Since then I have obtained several designations including, Chartered Life Underwriter, Certified Financial Planner, and Chartered Financial Consultant.

I am a member of Advocis, our national association for financial advisors in Canada. I have served in various roles in Advocis including President.

On a personal note I am married to Donna Zaba. She is an oncologist nurse at the Allan Blair clinic. We have three sons Andrew, Mitchell, and Tyler. Tyler is married to Christina, and together they have a son and daughter Ashton and Brooklyn. As the boys were growing up I enjoyed coaching them in hockey, baseball, and soccer. In their teens our summers were spent touring the province to various golf tournaments. Golf has now become a staple in our family recreation.

What I enjoy most about being a financial security advisor is helping my clients achieve their financial goals by effective wealth management.
